You can fax us
your order by dialing 757-673-0313 or you can mail it to the address
listed above. Please print the order form (link located at the
bottom of the page). Fill out the form completely and we will get
back to you via e-mail to confirm the order. Make sure you give us a
phone number and/or e-mail address to get in touch with you.
Shipping
All merchandise
is made to order and will be shipped as soon as possible. All
shipping is done via USPS, or UPS. Insurance is
available at an additional cost, but not required. However, we won't
be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Once it leaves our
hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Allow extra delivery
time on any oversized packages. Feel free to contact us for a
shipping estimate.
Allow at least 2 weeks for
processing and making your order. In most cases, it doesn't take
that long, but just in case. If you would like a better idea of delivery
time, feel free to contact us for a time estimate. Your order
is started as soon as payment is received. Please keep in mind that
delivery times are approximate. We will do our best to get it out at
the time stated. We do send an e-mail to
let you know that your items were shipped and the expected date of
arrival. We do like to hear from you upon receiving them so that we
now it got there and the transaction was completed. If you would
like extra catalogs to be shipped with your order, please let us
know. We will be happy to send them out for distribution.
Shipping is combined for multiple items. If you would like us to add you to
our e-mail list, let us know. We will send out an e-mail when we have
new items to offer. We periodically hold specials that you can save
even more.
Gift Certificates
Having a
hard time picking the perfect gift? We can help you in that
department as well. Gift
certificates are available all year round. They are available in any
increment. All purchasers of these gift certificates are subject to
sales tax. (for VA sales). Shipping is also not included in the
certificate amount. Certificate are available for any denomination
and expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Our gift certificate
come with a catalog, embroidery price list and a envelope for immediate
gift giving.
Gift Wrapping
Gift
wrapping is available for all embroidered items. If you would like
it shipped directly to the recipient, let us know. We will wrap it
in "all occasion" gift wrap, add a bow, ribbon and attach a gift
card with the words of your choice. We will also send you an e-mail
to let you know the package was shipped. Take the worries out of
gift giving, let us do it for you. Gift wrapping services available
for an additional $5.00 per package.
